This is the Privacy Policy of Kutner Corrado & Friedrich, LLP (sometimes referred to hereinafter as “KF”). This document describes Kutner Corrado & Friedrich, LLP’s privacy practices regarding information collected from users of this website including the types of Personal Information (as defined below) we collect, how we may use it and with whom we may share it; how we protect your information; and your rights with respect to your Personal Information. - INFORMATION WE COLLECT
KF may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information about you from the sources identified as follows. Note that we may combine Personal Information collected from different sources for any of the purposes listed in Section 3, below (“Purposes for Processing and Disclosures of Personal Information”).
Communications Data. We may collect Personal Information from you when you contact KF for any reason such as when you use a “Contact Us” or similar form to obtain further information from us via our website or otherwise, or when you download certain content. Such information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, organizational affiliation. and certain other Personal Information that KF may use to identify you. KF may combine this Personal Information with data it receives from other sources, such as LinkedIn and other publicly-available sources.
Account Data. We may collect Personal Information that you provide in connection with establishing and managing a client account including login ID and password, account preferences and settings, and other Personal Information concerning the account or our services that may be transmitted through the KF client portal.
Transaction and Payment Data. When you engage us to provide legal services or when we engage you to provide products or services, we may require that you provide us with your contact information such as name, address, email address and telephone number; billing information such as billing name and address; or financial information such as credit card information or bank account information.
Applicant Data. When you apply for a position with KF, whether online or offline, we may collect Personal Information from you, from publicly available sources, and from third parties, including from recruiters and in connection with performing reference checks. This information may include contact information, resume details, and reputation & background check data (as described in detail below).
Identity Verification Information. To allow us to respond to requests for data access and/or deletion in accordance with applicable laws or when you visit our offices, we may collect Personal Information from you, including your contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number; a copy of your government issued ID (such as driver’s license or passport); and other identifiers as permitted or required by applicable laws and regulations.
Reputation & Background Check Data. We may collect Personal Information from you, from publicly available sources, and from third parties, including background investigation or credit check service providers, in connection with performing diligence on our Service Providers, business partners, clients, job applicants, as well as on other entities on behalf of our clients. This data may include contact details, information concerning business practices, creditworthiness, reputation and business history, job titles or roles, and other identification or reputation data.
Other Service Data: We may collect your Personal Information as needed to provide our legal services. Such Personal Information may be provided to us by you, by our clients (as a result of your relationship with one or more of our clients), and/or via other sources, including our Service Providers and publicly available sources.

KF’s webservers (computers that host websites) place a “cookie” (a small data file) on the hard drive of your computer when you first connect to our website.
