Biography
With a primary focus on medical and dental malpractice, Mr. Krajewski defends hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and individual providers such as physicians, physician assistants, nurses, therapists, certified nursing assistants, and other medical personnel. He works on cases from their inception up to the time of trial.
Mr. Krajewski is a keen, highly persistent, and thorough legal researcher and writer. He regularly succeeds on a wide range of motions, including motions for dismissal, summary judgment, quashing subpoenas, compelling discovery, and compelling arbitration among others. He has orally argued before judges of the trial courts, as well as the appellate division. In addition to medical/dental malpractice, he also has experience in the areas of legal malpractice, general negligence, and intentional torts.
Mr. Krajewski was admitted to practice in the State of New York in 2022, and in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 2023. Originally from the Baltimore metropolitan area where he completed his bachelor’s degree at Loyola University Maryland, Mr. Krajewski began at the firm in 2014 as a legal assistant to trial partner Charles E. Kutner, Esq. After a few years under Mr. Kutner’s mentorship, he attended CUNY School of Law and obtained his juris doctor while simultaneously working for the firm. Mr. Krajewski is a very family-oriented person, who enjoys vacations to the beach. He loves to swim, garden, read, write, play guitar and sing. He is as dedicated to his family as he is committed to protecting the interests of all the firm’s clients and obtaining the most favorable outcome in every case.
